ASCEND Conversations is an international, inclusive online video interview series hosted by Andrea Aviet. It will create space for people from different places, professions, cultures, and walks of life to share the stories and ideas that have shaped them.
From leadership and creativity to resilience, purpose, enterprise, and social impact, each exchange will be guided by genuine curiosity rather than a fixed formula. The aim is not to present a single definition of success, but to illuminate the many ways people meet challenge, create change, and imagine what is possible.
